Each year there is a challenge for 200 registrations logged for Summer Reading. In return for meeting the challenge, Ms. Kathy offers a ‘stunt’. In the past she has completed antics such as dying her hair blue, wearing a unicorn Onsie suit for the day, wearing a Ball python around her neck, and she had hissing cockroaches put in her hair and milliepedes on her arms. Congratulations to the Kimball Library youth! You registered and encouraged your friends until they signed up for this year’s Summer Reading Program. True to her word, Ms. Kathy made an appointment at Schafer Acres to give Chuck the Pig a big smooch. Easy enough, right? Apparently not! Chuck played hard to get and Ms. Kathy had to chase him all around his pen. FINALLY she was able to convince him…
