Ron Thimot is a neighbor and amateur photographer who’s been capturing images for decades. He looks for scenes that catch his eye. Sometimes it’s being at the right place at the right time, other times he’s able to ‘see’ the photo and capture it.
When Ron decided to exhibit some of his images at the Library, he had to come up with a description for them; they don’t fall into any neat category or genre. A friend suggested he call them “All Over the Map” because of their diversity. Ron hopes you enjoy viewing them as much as he enjoyed taking them.
Ron’s art will be on display in the Library’s Meeting Room through the end of October.
