Take Time to Stretch ~ Fridays, 9/20, 27 and 10/4 at 11 AM (Register for each class separately)
On Friday, September 20th join us for a 45-minute chair(or wall) stretch class where you will learn some basic stretches to help you get loose. Stretching can increase flexibility and improve the range of motion in your joints. REGISTER HERE
