Mondays: Questkeepers (Grades 4 – 8) – Join the Questkeepers, where each meeting is a new chapter of adventure! Embark on legendary quests, solve riddles, discover hidden treasures, and forge your own hero’s path through the world of Dungeons & Dragons. This after-school program is your chance to explore fantastical realms, hone your storytelling skills, and become a part of a team of daring adventurers. Every quest is a story, and every hero is made at the library!
Wednesdays: Choose Your Own Adventure (Grades K – 5) – Are your kids looking for something to do after school? Why not stop at the Library! We’ll have several stations set up for kids to choose. Activities may include building challenges, easy experiments, crafts, and more!
Thursdays: Genius Junction (Grades 2 – 6) – Welcome to Genius Junction, a vibrant stop on the journey to discovery! Designed for kids in grades 2 – 6, this STEAM series invites young learners to explore, invent, build, and create through engaging activities that blend science, tech, engineering, art, and math. Every visit is a new adventure full of curiosity, collaboration, and clever thinking.
Children may take the bus from Atkinson Academy to the Library if parents make arrangements with pick-up patrol. (The library is not taking responsibility for the transportation, we are only letting you know that there is a bus that stops here.) Please pack them a snack that they can have before 3:30.
