This is the perfect way for kids of all ages to meet an author, so register now to meet David McPhail and celebrate the release of Truffle: A Dog and Cat Story!
The meeting room will contain some original artwork from Truffle: A Dog and Cat Story and host an author talk with questions and answers by Mr. McPhail. After the presentation of the story, children ages 5 and up are invited to the Craft Barn to try out some writing and illustrating in anticipation of one day having their very own ‘About the Author’ page!
David McPhail is a beloved author-illustrator of many books for children including best-selling picture books, board books, and novelty books. He received a New York Times Best Illustrated Books honor for Edward and the Pirates. He lives near the sea in New Hampshire with his wife, Jan Waldron.
We will have of several of his books for purchase and signing. Please bring cash (small bills) or the checkbook for his convenience.
