Join Balancing Bear Yoga for a 45 minute class to discover the magic of yoga. The class will be led by Kelsey Iani, RYT 200.
No yoga experience needed. The class content is geared toward tweens and teens and open to tweens and teens (ages 9-19).
Please bring your own yoga/exercise mat. Dress comfortably. Water is also recommended.
