Do you enjoy cooking and trying new recipes? If so, why not join our Healthy Cookbook Club that meets once a month on a Monday evening. The club chooses a different healthy cookbook to dive into for the month. Members check out a copy of the cookbook and spend time trying out the various recipes at home. When the group gathers the next month, we discuss the various recipes and share opinions of the meals tried. In addition, participants prepare and bring a sample of a recipe from the cookbook to share with the group.
